New Classes, New Opportunities at ABC
As we look ahead to the new dance year, we are excited to introduce two new opportunities to our ABC timetable from August - giving our dancers even more ways to explore different styles, develop their skills and enjoy the creativity that dance brings.
As our dance family continues to grow, we are always looking at how we can provide opportunities that reflect the interests of our students and support their individual dance journeys.
Introducing Junior Pom
Following the success and enthusiasm of our existing Senior Pom class, we are delighted to introduce a new Junior Pom class from August.
Pom combines dance, cheer-inspired movement, performance and teamwork, giving dancers the chance to develop confidence, musicality and performance skills in a fun and energetic environment.
It has been wonderful to see how much our senior dancers have enjoyed this style, and we are excited to create the next step for younger dancers who are keen to try something new.
Junior Pom will be led by Cairstegena, who brings her passion, energy and experience to help dancers develop their skills while enjoying the team spirit that makes this style so special.
Introducing Open Contemporary
We are also excited to welcome a brand-new Open Contemporary class to our timetable.
Contemporary dance gives dancers the opportunity to explore movement in a different way - developing creativity, musical interpretation, strength, control and expression.
This new class will be led by Indra, and will provide dancers with the chance to challenge themselves, explore new movement styles and develop their confidence as performers.
Continuing to Grow Together
At ABC, we believe that dance is about so much more than learning steps. It is about creating opportunities for children and young people to discover what they enjoy, build confidence and grow through movement.
These new classes are an exciting addition to our programme, and we cannot wait to see our dancers embrace these new opportunities from August.
