11+ years Dance Classes
Our sense of community is built on developing friendships nurtured both in and outside of class. Our older students act as fantastic role models to our younger pupils, showing increased confidence, commitment and the development of their own personal goals.
Through our carefully planned dance syllabus, combining ballet, modern dance, jazz and other dance styles, our students are trained to become disciplined and versatile dancers who have a professional attitude towards dance, which also overlaps into their life.
Ballet
Our growing dancers continue to develop their musicality, expression and discipline within our structured ballet classes, with the opportunity to study character dance too.

Modern
These high energy classes develop our dancers style and strength. The style uses travelling steps, high kicks, leaps and turns which all need strength and flexibility.

Tap
Our growing dancers will use the complex rhythms to develop their musicality and co-ordination within these lively and challenging classes.

Musical Theatre
Does your child like to dance? Does your child like music? Does your child like drama? If yes, this high energy class where our young dancers will learn stagecraft, singing and dancing to famous musicals if for them!
Class Times: Wednesday 8 - 9

Jazz
A class for our dancers who want to master their leaps, kicks and twirls.
Jazz classes allow students to develop their flexibility and stamina whilst expanding their performance skills in an engaging and high-energy class.

Commercial
A fusion of multiple disciplines, commercial is the perfect class for young dancers looking to keep fit and have a tonne of fun in the process. Due to the diverse mix of dance styles our students love the variety offered in Commercial classes.

Contemporary / Lyrical
Open to pupils aged 12 +
These emotional dance moves help the dancer connect on an emotional level with the audience. Lyrical dance is a style that combines ballet and jazz dancing techniques. This style concentrates on an individual approach and expressiveness of such emotions as love, joy, hurt, or anger.

Pointe Work
Open to pupils from Grade 4 upwards.
The dream of every ballerina is to dance en pointe. This class develops foot strengthening through exercises, pointe technique and build up exercises initially in soft ballet shoes and then progressing into pointe shoes.
Class Times: Wednesday & Friday

Cost: £35 for a 10 week block
Vocational Ballet
Participation in the vocational programme is by invitation only, when the Principal feels that a particular student is ready for the rigorous mental and physical training.
It is a major commitment for the student and parent, and is not suitable for every pupil.
